Confederate CSA Cavalry Officers Sword Mfg. Nashville Plow Works With CS Flag Pieces & Note

Confederate CSA Cavalry Officers Sword Mfg. Nashville Plow Works complete with Confederate silk CS First National very small red silk frag pieces in cloth bag & note from family . This was a fresh Wilmington, NC attic found sword some weeks ago . Hard to find one much better that is so untouched and never been owned in a collection before .. Text book example with the "C.S.A" cast into the swords guard as well as the firm name " Nashville Plow  Works " . Blade has the crude non stopped blood fuller and is full length with only mfg. flaws when mfg. as they all have . Grip leather never been touched and complete with its original small twisted copper wire as you want one . Looks to me like this sword grip took a slight bullet strike from battle in the upper part of grip near pommel as a little piece was chipped out during the war and just continued its use as you see it .Scabbard is just outstanding also with no dents to its body with brass fitted scabbard bands and scabbard tip and iron rings with as expected crude lap seam to scabbard body.. 100% Text book original scabbard to this sword also .  This is a outstanding 100% original as purchased fresh from a families estate . No ID on who carried this sword however sorry to say . See what remains of the family note from the 1920's  that reads "Sword And Flag From Civil War "      SOLD..SOLD..SOLD.
