Here is a increditible condition all original in wonderful condition Nashville Plow Works CSA Cav. officers sword . This sword is the best example I have ever owned with the Nashville Plow Works firm name on the brass guard. The scabbard is just wonderful and fits it like a glove . Blade condition is one of the best I have ever seen . This sword is complete with all of its original leather to the grip with some expected age scuffs . This sword has all original small twisted copper wire as well as its iron ferrel band . Confederate Sates Armory Officers Sword

Here is a fine example of a Confederate States Armory officers sword sword mfg. by Louis Froelich in Kanasville NC .
This sword is in fine condition complete with 100% of its original leather grip wrap. The scabbard has a few minor dings with about all of its original dark reddish brown paint present as seldom remaining. The swords guard has the number Roman number "LIII"stamped into it as well as the scabbard throut mount "LIII" standing for "53".  Blade has some normal stains and slight period sharpening to its edge. This sword was purchased direct from the Whittle family from Virginia along with a inscribed Sharps Cav Carbine with "Whittle / Co. C. 2nd Va. Cav".cut into the stock. Research shows that this sword was carried and owned by Bev. Kennon Whittle /Co.C 2nd Va. Cav.
